What shipping services do you offer?

We ship with the United States Postal Service offering First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Express Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

First Class Mail: Flat Rate $5, Free over $50.

Priority Mail: Flat Rate $10

Priority Express Mail: Flat Rate $30

Money has been collected, but my order has not shipped, why?

Online payment gateways capture payment information instantaneously in most cases. It can take up to 48 hours after this information is captured to ship standard stock orders. Some orders require production times before the item can ship. Please refer to product descriptions for production times.

I entered the wrong address at checkout, what can I do?

If your order has not yet shipped, no problem, just contact us immediately at collin@brazosgoldworks.com and we will correct the address for you. If we have already shipped the package, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. You may be able to contact the Postal Service and have your delivery redirected to the correct address. If your package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, there is nothing further we can do. It is the customers responsibility to collect packages from their delivery location.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is processed, it can take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include any applicable production times, weekends, or holidays.

Order Information

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at collin@allinfaith.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order says "UNFULFILLED". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" means we have successfully received your order, but have not yet shipped it! This can be for a variety of reasons. If you ordered one of our standard stock items it can take up to 2 business day to ship your items. If your ordered a made-to-order item, such as our jewelry, shirts or other print on demand items there will be a production time required before your item can ship. Exact times can be found in the product descriptions of each product.

I received the wrong order, what next?

If we sent you the wrong order we greatly apologize! Just send us an email at collin@brazosgoldworks.com. We will get the issue resolved as quickly as we can.  In most instances we will send you a prepaid label with your correct items to return the incorrect items.

Jewelry FAQ

I am looking to design a fully custom engagement ring. Can you help?

Of course we can! We not only offer our lines of ancient inspired pieces, but offer fully custom rings, pendants, earrings, and more. We work in sterling silver as well as 10, 14, and 18 karat white yellow or rose gold. If you have a project, let us help!

Do you offer center stone options for jewelry? Can I use my own?

We do sell center stones ranging from precious to semi precious stones. If you are local we would be happy to accommodate use of your stone so we can verify its nature with you present. At this time we do not accept center stones from non local clients.

Do you offer lab grown diamonds or diamond alternatives?

Yes! We specialize in lab grown diamonds as well as moissanite. However, we can accomodate the use of most stones.

I am concerned about environmental aspects of jewelry making. Are your products sustainable and ethically sourced?

Yes, at Brazos Gold Works we only use 100% recycled metals for our jewelry and prefer use of lab created stones (precious or semi-precious) to guarantee origin and conflict free status.
