Items Shipped within the USA

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RESULTING FROM OUR ERROR. Buyers remorse is not cause for a refunded purchase.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Crucible Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items as this is the responsibility of the USPS or your respective shipping company. Tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.


Defective Products

If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at so that we may correct the issue. Circumstances that constitute a defective product include: bends, scratches, deep scuffs, pits, loose, damaged, or missing parts, broken necklaces, non-functioning clasps, or anything else not as advertised about the product. Things that do not constitute a defective product include, tarnishing, loss of luster, fingerprints, or other cosmetic issues that occur from light handling.

Necklace Returns

All leather necklaces offered by Crucible Concepts Jewelry have a limited three month warranty from the time of purchase. Though we select our necklace materials and manufacturers because of their quality and durability, occasionally a necklace may not perform the way we feel it should. For this reason, we offer full replacement for any of our necklaces. This warranty covers chain breakage resulting from either a defective product, or normal wear. Breakage resulting from excessive force or strain on the necklace by the wearer will not be covered under this warranty. Customers can either receive a new necklace, a refund, or merchandise credit under this warranty. Chains returned or exchanged under this warranty must be returned to Crucible Concepts Jewelry within three months of the purchase date and are subject to inspection before the warranty is fulfilled.
